George Square Financial Management expanded its team with two new recruits.
Experienced couple Phil Browne and Alex Barrett have joined the Nottingham-based firm as mortgage protection advisers.
Browne said: “The George Square team works hard to build lasting relationships with every client they work with and build mutual trust and respect. It’s something that excites me too.
“I am delighted to join the team and look forward to using my wealth of expertise in the increasingly diverse mortgage market to advise clients.”
Barrett added: “I was attracted to George Square for the career progression and development opportunities the company actively seeks for its employees, and the opportunity to learn and grow alongside its highly skilled team, professional and friendly.
“By focusing on the specialty lending market and providing support to borrowers who may have more difficulty obtaining a mortgage, I look forward to getting started and impacting the business.”
Richard Goodman replaced Amanda Miller as BDM at Nottingham.
Goodman previously worked for HSBC, Lloyds Group, RBS and Coventry Building Society.
He said: “I am delighted to be here and look forward to establishing and developing excellent working relationships with East Midlands brokers.
“It’s a challenge that really appeals, especially because the Company recently demonstrated such ambition by offering several positive additions to its products and services.
“I have always held to the principle of doing the right thing by people and it’s clear to me that The Nottingham shares that ethos. It’s an exciting time to be here.
