SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb. 24 – David Zakaiem has sued AGO Financial Services LLC for allegedly embezzling a currency pool operator.
On February 24, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Katharine H. Parker, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.
The plaintiff had complained about the production of discovery by the defendant.
During the conference, the plaintiff admitted that he had obtained reactive documents the day before, but stated that they were encrypted and had not even been reviewed.
Judge Parker allowed more time, two weeks, to review and draft a letter if a dispute over the discovery remained unresolved.
The case is Zakaiem v. Ohanissian et al., 21-cv-74 (Parker)
